I not only have multiple accounts on line I also have multiple accounts on my computer.
Even so I still get stuck at levels 43, 71, 80, 83,  87, and 93.

In order to get past level 87 "Purity" You must clear away the bottom white blocks first.  The reason the score is so high on level 43 is because, I started over, and then decided it was time to quit anyway.  They let you keep your points so the fact that I started and quit on level 43 there are the same number of points when I started and when I quit. So, that is a fake score.
